Director, CEO
Moses Mutsavuriwa Mabasa is a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer specializing in mining, fitting, and turning. With a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems, he has built an impressive career that spans over a decade in both technical and supervisory roles. Known for his punctuality, strategic thinking, and ability to work effectively within a team, Moses thrives in dynamic and high-pressure environments. His expertise extends across mechanical fitting, electrical systems, digital marketing, and leadership, making him a well-rounded professional in his field.
Moses began his professional journey as an electrician and inverter assembler at MLT Drives in Cape Town from 2007 to 2010. During this time, he honed his technical skills in electrical assembly while also taking on supervisory responsibilities. His ability to manage teams and ensure high-quality output set the foundation for his future leadership roles. From 2010 to 2014, he expanded his expertise by working as a Mechanical Fitter and Electrician under Grinaker LTA at Medupi Power Station. Here, he was entrusted with supervising a special team responsible for pipeline welders, further cementing his reputation as a capable leader in the engineering sector.
Moses holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Fitting and Turning) and has further enhanced his technical acumen with studies in AUTOCAD 2D and 3D supervision. His education, combined with his hands-on experience, has equipped him with critical thinking, negotiation, and management skills that make him a valuable asset to any organization. Fluent in English, with basic proficiency in Xitsonga and Zulu, he possesses strong communication abilities that facilitate effective collaboration in diverse work environments. Currently based in Malamulele, Moses continues to apply his expertise to drive innovation and excellence in the mechanical engineering industry..
Harry Wernich
Director, COO
Harry Wernich is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in banking, sales, agriculture, and mining investments. Born and raised in Tzaneen, Limpopo, South Africa, he demonstrated leadership qualities from an early age. He attended Tzaneen Primary School from 1970 to 1976, excelling in athletics and rugby, eventually joining the Far North Rugby Team. Continuing his education at Ben Vorster High School between 1977 and 1981, he was an active student, excelling in both academics and extracurricular activities. He played for the first rugby team, participated in athletics, and was a member of the Far North Choir and Senior Target Shooting Team. His leadership skills earned him the roles of Assistant Head Boy and Head Boy while staying in the school hostel.
After completing high school, Harry embarked on a career in banking, starting with Barclays Bank in Tzaneen in 1981. His professional journey was briefly interrupted by military service from 1982 to 1984, during which he served as a Corporal in the 7 SAI Army in Namibia and Angola. Following his service, he resumed his banking career at Barclays Bank and later moved to Trust Bank Tzaneen and WesBank, where he held the position of Senior Bank Officer. His banking career provided him with extensive experience in corporate finance, marketing, and managerial roles. In 1989, he transitioned into the automotive sales industry, joining Northern Ford Tzaneen as a senior salesman. He undertook various sales courses between 1997 and 2000, further honing his expertise in the field.
In 2001, Harry ventured into entrepreneurship, co-founding Wermol, an agricultural business. This endeavor marked the beginning of his career as a business owner. In 2004, he established Agri Gear Tzaneen, a sole proprietorship specializing in agricultural and construction equipment, including tractors, trailers, trucks, and heavy machinery from renowned brands such as TAFE, Powerstar, Shantus, and Doosan. His business acumen and industry knowledge have enabled him to build a successful enterprise, catering to the agricultural and construction sectors. In 2023, Harry expanded his business interests by founding HRM Mining and Investments (Pty) Ltd, further diversifying his portfolio and solidifying his position as a prominent entrepreneur in South Africa's industrial landscape..
Rouvere Groenewald

Rouvierre Groeneveld is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a proven track record in multiple industries, including mining, agriculture, and technology. With a career spanning over three decades, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, business acumen, and operational expertise in founding and managing successful companies. Groeneveld’s ability to identify business opportunities and drive sustained growth has earned him a reputation as a results-driven leader. His experience extends from overseeing large-scale agricultural operations to managing mining projects and explosive supply businesses.
Groeneveld began his career in the South African Explosives Division, where he gained extensive experience in controlled blasting techniques, open-cast mining, and demolition work. This expertise later served as the foundation for his role as the Founder and CEO of Zargocom (Pty) Ltd, a company specializing in supplying and manufacturing explosives for mining, quarrying, and construction industries. Under his leadership, Zargocom has become a key player in controlled blasting and excavation, providing essential services to the mining and infrastructure sectors. Additionally, his role as Director and Shareholder at Zargo Mining (Pty) Ltd further highlights his involvement in coal, manganese, and chrome mining projects.
Beyond mining, Groeneveld has made significant contributions to the agricultural sector. As the Founder and CEO of Schonwald Properties (Pty) Ltd, he managed extensive citrus and vegetable farming operations, securing contracts with major retailers such as Woolworths, Spar, and Pick & Pay. His leadership saw the establishment of a state-of-the-art agricultural warehouse and the implementation of advanced logistics systems. His work with Capensis Investments and Alliance Fruit (Pty) Ltd also underscores his expertise in agribusiness, export markets, and large-scale farm management. Additionally, his venture into the technology sector with GM Fast Link (Pty) Ltd showcases his versatility and forward-thinking approach to business development. With a strong background in project management, business strategy, and innovation, Rouvierre Groeneveld continues to be a driving force in multiple industries, shaping the future of mining, agriculture, and technology.
